I am inspired and dedicated creative depth coach who offers individual coaching and facilitates this powerful journey work with other women. It is a gift to support my clients in these tumultuous times, when so many are feeling challenged but deeply desire soul growth.
By focusing on individual sessions, I offer space for soulful connection, client guided creative inquiry and depth work. Many come to navigate grief and loss, yet in the journey will discover many emotional landscapes that open the door to new directions, clarity, expression and expansion.
My life journey led me to embracing this work and although I spent more than twenty years in the corporate world - climbing my own “Tower of Achievement” - retirement became a turning point and developed into a personal renaissance. This is a key experience that many of my clients seek and shape.
I have trained extensively in Jungian based journey work, and various approaches and modalities over many years informed me to expand my life-work as a Certified Creative Depth Coach through JourneyPath® Institute.
In this chapter, I recognized how early influences, including growing up with a vivacious and perfectionistic mother, shaped my own drive and identity. Through years of inner exploration and depth work, I have gradually unwound the layers of different life phases, returning to the essence of who I was and who I truly am. This journey has allowed me not only to heal and grow, but to thrive and shine in a more authentic way.
Today I bring that lived experience, along with years of training and practice, to the women I work with.
My experience in depth-oriented and creative transformational work spans more than twenty years.
It is both my calling and my privilege to offer this work through individual coaching and small group circles, allowing the experience of reflection and transformation to ripple outward beyond my own life.
Outside my coaching work, I find nourishment and inspiration through many meaningful experiences:

Living in nature on five acres in Colorado with my partner and our two dogs

Creative expression through quilting, fiber arts, and multimedia art

Being a mother of adult children and a grandmother

Living in Singapore for 15 months, which expanded my cultural perspective

Participating in shamanic work in Peru

Studying the Labyrinth in Chartres, France
These experiences continue to shape my curiosity, creativity, and reverence for the powerful potential of engaging life and honoring the many paths of personal transformation.
