Depth coaching is a Jungian based approach to developing personal expression and inner guidance. It is not therapy. Coaching is collaborative, relational and co-creative; oriented around experiential process whereby an individual works with a coach who provides guidance, insight and structure.

In order to guide this process, a space is created that is sacred and safe -- both for the client and the coach. Your material of life (your needs, wants, desires, rhythms and vision) is brought into a safe space where it is explored, shared and witnessed through our relationship together and the structured process. The coaching space becomes a place of active discovery, where healing and wholing happens.

Coaching assists you in activating your own Voice, becoming more clear about Choice and owning your own Sacredness.
